⊙ Payment must be made in advance in the total amount of your commission through PayPal.⊙ After the payment I'll start your artwork in the following 3 (three) months, in case of any delays I'll promptly notify you and do my best to prioritize your piece.⊙ In case of doubt orders with adult content will only be formalized after sending a valid national document that confirms your age, It's nothing personal just a way to preventing minors to get access this kind of content.⊙ Excessively complex characters (some wings, complicated hair patterns, several limbs, etc.) may change in value.⊙ Background prices are negotiable, but I am willing to add small elements for free, ask me if you are in doubt.⊙ Characters without a Reference Sheet will need to pay an extra fee and may be charged accordingly to it's complexity.⊙ I can make changes to your commission up to the linework, after that, more changes will be CHARGED! So be as specific as possible when placing your order and make sure to pay attention in the W.I.P (work in progress) steps sent to you.⊙ I reserve the right to politely refuse a commission without further explanation.⊙ I reserve the right to select which image will be uploaded to my gallery or not.⊙ After I start your art (sketches stage) there is no possibility of a full refund.⊙ Partial refunds and art conversions are possible and are open to negotiation but this is only valid until the Flat Colors stage.⊙ You can NOT profit from my art (if you want, we can discuss it); you can also NOT claim my art as yours. But you can post it wherever you want, as long as you keep my subscription and credit me accordingly.⊙ I can use the art I make as a portfolio and sell copies with due credit to the character's owner. Though I am NOT allowed to claim your character as mine or draw it without your permission to promote my art.
